We started our young company in January 2007. We currently only have a few clients but we are prepared to grow rapidly. We strive to help our clients improve their company. Smith Design helps small business protray a new image of their company. We will help you improve your current website or help you design a website. Hello my name is Matthew Smith. I first took an interest in art during my freshman year in high school. I took a commercial illustration class, which I started using Photoshop and illustrator. During senior year of high school a teacher Mrs. McCune inspired me to major in graphic design in college. I attended Saint Charles Community College. I have graduated with an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Graphic Design. And then continuing on to complete my Bachelor degree in photogrphy. I have taken classes in photo shop, illustrator, indesign, image ready, dreamweaver, flash, quark, and page maker. I am also certified in Microsoft office. Other classes I have taken besides computer classes are design, illustration, drawing, and photography. I currently while in college work for SAMS Club in Chesterfield Missouri. Some things that I have done besides my normal duties are I have made banners for special events we have held, I painted a mural on the wall going up the stairs to are break room, and I have design signs for them.
